Day In The Life

I took ARTS 342: Painting II in the Spring 2026 semester at UMW. Our first project that semester was essentially an intensive warm up for the rest of the semester. We made a list of 20 artists to research and try to replicate their style or techniques in our own pieces, with our own subject matter.

I took photos of my life every thirty minutes, no matter what I was doing, over the course of 2 days. Eventually, I chose 20 of those photos to create paintings of, these are those 20 paintings.
